From ancient times, according to some sources, since 3000 years ago, sumalak was used in Navruz to welcome spring and start farming. Since the 90s of the 20th century, sumalak cooking has been celebrated with great celebration during Navruz. Sumalak party, which is part of our national values, was also written in this composition.
