The statue of People's Poet of Uzbekistan, Hero of Uzbekistan Abdulla Oripov was installed in Karshi in 2018. This sculpture is an example of a circular sculpture that allows you to observe the rotation. Our hero has a national hat on his head, a shirt with a collar, a necktie and a turban over his shoulders. At first glance, one can notice that the poet's portrait is revealed in harmony with the atmosphere of that time. The face of the statue and the folds in its clothes are visibly sculpted. The artist depicted the poet sitting on a chair. The thoughtfulness on Abdulla Oripov's face shows that he is busy with creativity even in this situation. Samples of the poet's poems were painted on the wall behind the statue. This led to the creation of a perfect composition. While looking at the statue, you will be amazed by the figure created as if it were a real person, and you will praise the artist's skill.
