This still life is distinguished from other works by its own characteristics. In particular, the artist clearly thought out the composition of the picture and was able to determine the right place for each object. When depicting the picture, the artist chooses various shapes and forms of ceramic, old-style lamps and apples. The artist depicts them in an ideal image, i.e. in bright colors, ripe, flat and uniform. The special shape of the ceramics also complements the still life. With this skillful solution, the artist was able to show that color and shape are an inseparable whole. The background of the work is blue velvet, although it is expressed in different fabrics, but it does not distract from the main content. The viewer is amazed by the richness of colors expressed in the still life, the simplicity of the interior, and at the same time the versatility of everyday objects.
