About work
This work, called “Qizil sochli xonim” “Red-haired Lady”, depicts the image of a woman who lives completely in her own world. The heroine of the work is embodied in the image of a woman, dressed in a quiet dress, who imagines the world as consisting only of beauty, easy life and fun, and who has built a house for herself. The unusual red color of her hair and the decorations on her dress confirm this. But some details in the portrait give a philosophical meaning. In particular, the eggs depicted at the beginning of the hero of the work bring a comparative analogy that the mind of a lady who imagines life lightly in this way is not like the eggs of a bird that has not yet seen the world and has not had time to hatch. Visible white strands among the red hair remind us that life is not eternal, that a light life in this world is equivalent to a meaningless life.
