This painting depicts the famous Registon Square. Registan has long been considered the center of the city. In the work, the artist depicts not the view of the permanent front facade of the square, but the left side - the architectural object of the Ulugbek madrasa. In the composition, a view of a small corridor between buildings opens under the rays of the hot sun. This provided a very unusual, original, brightness of the landscape. Despite the heat, people can be seen on the square. The variety of colors born from the skill of the artist, the majesty of the objects and the liveliness of the images, the mastery of the play of light and shadow were new for the paintings in this series. The perspective and architectural solution of objects are perfectly demonstrated. The author referred to brightness in the caloricity of complex buildings. In the work, the colors were able to reveal its content.
